I would love to show you how I outperform other Buyers' Agents. Because I have been where you are and also because I have additional financial freedom derived from my job as a commercial airline pilot; You will have the assurance that I will never try to pressure you in your home purchase. I only work with a limited number of buyers and sellers each year. I have patiently helped many people find, negotiate and purchase the very best home for them. I have references you may call personally and inquire about my work without any bias or pressure from me. I only ask for three things from buyers: 1) Are you qualified? 2) Are you serious? and 3)Are you committed enough to put it in writing in a Buyer's Agency Agreement. I never ask for any money up front or hit you with additional hidden fees at the end. If you answered the first two questions affirmitively my commission comes from the sale so if I don't do a good job I don't get paid. Lastly, if you don't like the work I'm doing at any time you can fire me and I will release you from the Buyer's Agency contract on the spot!
