You need me (and I need you) and here's how I will help: At your request, I will build a custom home search for you straight from the MLS. This should be started as soon as you know you are moving here. You will begin to receive instant emails of homes matching your search criteria as soon as any home or homes become listed in the MLS. 

All of my previous long distance clients have saved a list of favorites which I use to construct a carefully sequenced and orderly showing. By using a computer based GPS program I am able to plan the most efficient route saving us both of us time and money. I call the listing agents at least one day before showing ensuring we will be able to get inside all of them at the desired time.  

Once you have decided on a home I will write the contract subject to appraisal and inspection; and protecting your interests all along the way.
