What makes you unique? First, you may not know the area and probably don’t know where to begin your search. Second, because of the distance required for you to travel, your search will require several days of fulltime home shopping. Third, you need a Realtor with the patience and persistence to help you find the perfect home no matter how long it takes. Finally, you need an experienced Realtor who will help you through the entire process to provide guidance and help all along the way. 

You need me and here's how I will help: At your request, I will build a custom home search for you straight from the MLS. This should be started as soon as you know you are moving here. You will begin to receive emails of homes matching your search criteria. As new homes become listed you will receive fresh email notifications showing the newly listed homes.

Most of my previous long distance clients have saved a list of favorites which I use to construct a carefully sequenced and orderly showing. By using a computer based GPS program I amd able to see the most efficient route saving us both os us time and money. I call the listing agents the day before ensuring we will be able to get inside all of them at the desired time.  

Once you have decided on a home I will write the contract subject to appraisal and inspection; giving you an out and protecting your interest all along the way.
